defective items

At POMPdeLUX quality is our ultimate goal, but in the unlikely event that you should experience defects or omissions in an item, your purchase is subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the rules on defects, and you have 24 months to seek redress for all goods.

Please note that you should contact us as soon as you discover the error. That way, we can offer a solution based on your information as soon as is possible.

If an item has been damaged or has a defect, you can make a complaint. Please note that you should contact us by using the form below as soon as you discover the defect. Thereby we can help you as quickly as possible and offer you a solution.

To be able to deal with your complaint our customer service would like you to do the following:

1. Fill out the form below with a short description of the damage or defect and how it has happened.

2. To document the defect please enclose 5 photos of the item in question. As a minimum we require a close-up photo of the defect, a photo of the item from the front and the item from the back.

3. Send the form to us. When we have received your form we will deal with your complaint as soon as possible. Within few days we will come back to you with a response.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

If you have received an incorrect item, simply return it to us and we will send you the correct item free of charge. If the item is sold out we will give you a full refund. The return shipment of the incorrect item is of course free of charge, and all you have to do is follow the same procedure as for standard returns.
