Exchanges

 If you want to exchange your purchase, the deadline to return is 14 days from the date of delivery. Note, exchanges are offered if you have been logged in during the purchase.

1. LOGIN TO MY PAGE
If you were logged in when placing your order, you can click to "My Orders" on My Page. Select the current order you want to exchange, and follow the instructions.

(If this option is not shown, the 14-day exchange period has expired)

2. PLACE EXCHANGE ORDER WITH FREE SHIPPING
Select item(s) that you wish to exchange for a different colour/size
If you want to add some additional products to your cart, you need to add them before completing your order. The order will automatically have FREE SHIPPING*

3. PACK YOUR RETURN ITEMS
It is important that the item is returned with tags and in the same condition as when you received it.

4. PLACE THE RETURN LABEL ON THE PACKAGE
You can print a prepaid return label from My Page. When using this, we will deduct the following amounts from the value of your returns:
EU Country: EUR 15
NON-EU Country: EUR 28

5. RETURN THE PACKAGE
Drop off the return package at the nearest delivery location – the return label will tell you which distributor to use.

6. REFUND OF A RETURN ORDER
Once we have processed your return order the amount will be automatically refunded to your account.

Please be aware that, in connection with seasonal sales, we do not offer returns in connection with exchanges. 
*The deadline for returns are 14 days from the date you activate your return order. The FREE SHIPPING will automatically be added in your cart.
