During sales and other promotional periods, it will not be possible to use our Exchange function on My Page. If you wish to exchange your promotional or sale items, simply return them with the attached return receipt/prepaid return label. Meanwhile, place a new order, subject to applicable shipping terms, for the item you want to exchange for. That way, you get your new item delivered faster, and make sure that the item is not sold to someone else in the meantime.


You can return your Christmas gift and get the money back until January 7, 2019.
Put the receipt for the payment transaction inside the return parcel. We are able to credit the refund only to the account which the product was paid from.
If you want to exchange the item you received as a Christmas gift to another item, you must place a new order. Please note that you will be charged a shipping fee for returning both the Christmas gift and the new item.
