You have a 14-day right of return from the day when your package is delivered to you or the parcel pickup.
Note, exchanges are offered if you have been logged in during the purchase.
1. LOGIN TO MY PAGE
If you were logged in during the order placement, you can go to "My Orders" on My Page and find the current order you want to make an exchange for.
Click "Exchange items" at the top of your order.
(If this option is not shown, the 14-day exchange period has expired)
2. DOWNLOAD THE RETURN RECEIPT IN CONNECTION WITH AN EXCHANGE
Print and complete your personal return receipt in connection with the exchange. The return receipt enclosed with your shipment can be used with advantage.
3. PLACE THE EXCHANGE ORDER WITH FREE SHIPPING
"Complete exchange" at the bottom of the page. You can now place 1 order with free-of-charge shipping for the next 24 hours. The free shipping is associated with your personal user.
4. PACK YOUR ITEMS
It is important that the item is returned with tags and in the same condition as when you received it.
5. PLACE THE RETURN LABEL ON THE PACKAGE
You can print a prepaid return label from My Page. When using this, we will deduct the following amounts from the value of your returns:
EU Country: EUR 15
NON-EU Country: EUR 28
6. RETURN THE PACKAGE
Drop off the return package at the nearest delivery location - the return label will tell you which distributor to use.
7. REFUND OF A RETURN ORDER
Once we receive your return order, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account.
Please be aware that, in connection with seasonal sales, we do not offer returns in connection with exchanges.
