RETURNS

If you wish to return goods, POMPdeLUX gives you 14 days (from the day you receive your goods) to do so. If you want to return any goods, all you have to do is fill out the  return note included in your parcel,  attach the return label to your parcel and hand in your parcel at your national postal service. The delivery bag which you received your goods in may be used.

Please note that you must send any goods in return latest 14 days after you received them. Read more about Returns under Terms and Conditions

It’s important that goods are returned with labels and in the same condition as you received them – otherwise a full refund is not possible.  

Returning/ EU-country:
1. Pack the item – The delivery bag which you received your goods in may be used.
2. Print the return note from My account . Fill it out and enclose it with the goods. Return note can also be find here
3. Attach the return label to your parcel – return label can be found here.

4. Hand in your return parcel at your national postal service.

If you want to return an item from a EU country (and get a full refund), and you have printed the return label via the link above, we will deduct the shipping cost in your reimbursement. If you choose another way of returning the goods, you also pay the shipping fees.

If you want to return a faulty item or an incorrectly supplied item, the return is free of charge if you use our prepaid return label. If you choose another way of returning the goods we will reimburse a maximum of EUR 15 in shipping fees.

Please note that you are responsible for the package/goods until we receive it/them. Make sure you keep the postal receipt and if possible, the tracking number.

Returning/ Non-EU Country:
1. Pack the item – The delivery bag which you received your goods in may be used.
2. Print the return note from My account. Fill it out and enclose it with the goods. 
3. You will pay the postage – however, we will refund a maximum of EUR 20 in shipping fees for the return of faulty items. 
4. Hand in your return parcel at your national postal service.

If you want to return an item from a non-EU country (and get a full refund) you have to pay the postage.

If you want to return a faulty item or an incorrectly supplied item, you have to pay the postage - we will however reimburse you a maximum of EUR 20 in shipping fees.

Please note that you are responsible for the package/goods until we receive it/them. Make sure you keep the postal receipt and if possible, the tracking number.

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange your purchase, any item can be returned within 14 days from when you received the goods. Exchange is handled differently depending on whether you were logged in when you placed the order.  Either way, you can place an exchange order quickly, ensuring that the item you want has not sold out in the meantime.

Cheap exchange with login
If you where logged in when you ordered and wish to exchange one or more of your items, you can place a free delivery exchange order within 14 days from the date you were notified that your order could be picked up in a parcel shop or had been delivered.
Please note that you have to pay the cost of the return. If your delivery address is within the EU, you can obtain a DHL Easy Return label via this link.

What to do:

- Log in to My Page
- Click "My Order" and find the current order, and click "SHOW"
- At the top of this page you will find the "Exchange slip” and the procedure for how to proceed.

PLEASE NOTE that any exchange order must be placed within 24 hours of your request to exchange the item in order for you to get free shipping on your new order.
- Return the shipment as described under “Return”. Once we receive your return shipment, the purchase price will be credited, excluding any delivery costs, and will be returned to your account.

Exchange without login
If you want to exchange your purchase and you were not logged in when you placed the order, you have the following option.

Return the product in the same manner as described under “Return”.

Meanwhile, place a new order, on normal shipping terms, for the item you want to swap to. That way you get the new product delivered quicker and also ensure that the item has not been sold to someone else in the meantime.

Once we receive your return shipment, the purchase price will be credited, excluding any delivery costs, and will be returned to your account.
