5 EASY STEPS

1. Tidy up the closet

Set aside a few hours for tidying up the wardrobe on a day with some extra time, and maybe ask the children to help. Go through the closet for seasonal clothing like shorts and tops after summer and thick sweaters after winter, and store it in the basement or in the back of the closet.

In that way, it won't be disturbing when it comes to choosing clothes in the morning. By tidying up and getting an overview, it will be easier to ensure that you only buy what your children actually needs.

If something is too small, now is also the time to pass it on or send for reuse. Just as it's time to put something away, it's also time to find the clothes you may have inherited a year ago, but which didn't fit until now.

2. Think trans-seasonally

We know we just told you to store away everything that doesn't match the coming season, but maybe consider whether some styles can still be used next season.

Maybe there is a cute summer dress that could be worn with a cardigan or a long-sleeved T-shirt and a pair of leggings underneath? Or an overshirt or hoodie that could be used as a thin jacket? A trendy knit vest is also perfect for extending the season for dresses and shirts.

3. Find out what you need

After your big wardrobe clean-up, it is now time to take stock: what does your child need to go through the coming season nicely and practically dressed? If autumn is just around the corner, it is now time to take a look at your children's outerwear and consider whether it can last one more season.

In addition, we recommend you to get an idea of whether you need more basic T-shirts, underwear, socks or tights. Think about which colours will suit both summer and winter clothes, to make sure it can be worn for more than one season. Also make sure to measure your child, and use our size guide to find the right sizes.

4. Plan your purchases

Before you do your purchase on our webshop, we suggest you take a look in our catalogue or save your favourites on the webshop ♡.

Maybe plan a few shades of colour that you mostly want to go for, to be sure it is easy to mix and match. Let yourself be inspired by what we post on our social media, too.

Depending on age and personality or interest, it may be a good idea to involve your child and look through the catalogue together. Talk about which colours he or she likes, or whether they have a favourite kind of pants or blouses.
That way, you can help give your child a sense of self-determination and (hopefully) avoid conflicts when choosing clothes.

5. Place an order and look forward to
the new season

With a list of your favourites and a good overview of the wardrobe, all there is left to do is to make the final decisions, fill up your basket and place an order.

Now comes the hardest part: the long waiting time before your package arrives. Our warehouse will work as fast as possible, and in the meantime you can look forward to seeing your child being dressed comfortably and nicely for the new season.
