- There may have been an error when you entered your email address.

The fit can vary from child to child, even if the size is the same. Therefore, we always recommend that you follow our size guide, which you can find next to each product in our webshop.
To ensure the best fit, please choose the size based on body measurements rather than the child's age

We are unfortunately not able to resend your package.
If you have not picked up your package within the timeframe provided by the delivery company, your package will be returned to our warehouse and the amount refunded to you.
You will unfortunately need to place a new order.

If you wish to return one or more products, you can do so via our return portal, which you can find here:
You can choose to use the prepaid label that was included in your shipment, or you can print a new one in the portal.
If you cannot find your order in the portal, it may be because the 14-day return period from the receipt of your order has expired.
Note - countries outside the EU do not receive prepaid labels and cannot print in the portal.

Once you have registered your complaint in the portal, you will be contacted by our customer service for further proceedings.
Note - You will not receive a return label immediately - if we need the product returned, it will be sent to you by our customer service.
