  1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These terms and conditions apply when you order goods on POMPdeLUX.dk. All agreements are concluded in Danish.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation of your purchase via email. We recommend that you save this document.

You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the time you received your goods, which is detailed in the section "Right of cancellation".

In addition, your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act's defect rules, which you can read more about in the section "Complaints and wrongly delivered goods"

We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our Personal Data Policy here, which explains how we use the information you give us in connection with the ordering procedure and your use of the website in general.

  1. ORDER PLACEMENT

Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. POMPdeLUX therefore has the option to cancel your order because of printing errors, payment errors, technical problems, delivery failures, price errors, oversold goods or the like. A binding order confirmation/invoice will only be sent to you once we have dispatched the goods you have ordered. When you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail from which it appears which goods you have ordered. It is only an electronic receipt for receipt of your order. You must be aware that the automatic response (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation whereby an agreement has been concluded. If you do not receive the e-mail stating which goods you have ordered - we have not received your order. The agreement is only binding when you have received an e-mail from POMPdeLUX with information that we have dispatched the item.

  1. PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay with:

ApplePay, GooglePay, Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, EuroCard, PayPal and purchase on invoice via Klarna.

Your payment will only be deducted from the selected payment method when your goods leave our warehouse.

Payment by credit card

You can safely use your payment card with us. Our payment system is PCI certified via our payment acquirer. There is no card fee when paying by credit card at POMPdeLUX.dk.

If you pay by card, you will be asked to enter your personal card details.

Two-factor authentication for purchases on POMPdeLUX

To increase the security of online purchases, the EU has decided that ALL online stores must introduce two-factor authentication. When a payment must be approved with two security factors, it provides even greater security and identification – for online payments. In this way, it is made more difficult for IT criminals to misuse the card.

Verification of you as a customer can be done using different methods, or a password via SMS, depending on which methods your bank supports.

For you as a customer, this means that you must approve and confirm your payment with POMPdeLUX an extra time before your purchase can be completed. This approval typically applies to all purchases over EUR 30.

How far in advance is money reserved on my card?

If you shop with a debit card on POMPdeLUX.dk (Visa Debit or Mastercard), upon completion of the order, an amount will be reserved on your card, corresponding to the total of your order. Once your order has been packed, the money will be deducted from your card, canceling the reservation.

If you cancel your order, we will immediately notify the card issuer to delete the reservation. When the reservation is canceled depends on your agreement with the card issuer.

Invoice payment via Klarna AB

We offer invoice payment in collaboration with Klarna AB. The payment terms are 30 days. Your invoice will be subject to a fee of EUR 3 when you use invoice as a payment method. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address that you specify at the time of purchase.

Klarna Pay Now

Klarna also gives you the option to use their Pay Now. It gives you the option to pay by bank transfer directly from your bank account.

Payment with PayPal

We offer the option to pay with PayPal (Dispatch fee of EUR 3) PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay safely, easily and quickly at online stores. Your bank or credit card details are only stored on PayPal. Read info regarding PayPal: her.

  1. PRICES AND DELIVERY

On POMPdeLUX.dk, all the listed prices are for goods, exclusive of shipping costs and other costs, but including taxes, VAT and charges.

Currency

Prices online vary depending on the country your delivery address is in. You can change your choice of country at the top of the page. Please note that the change of country may affect the price/currency and shipping costs.

Delivery conditions

We deliver to private addresses with DHL and BRING/GLS delivery points. A receipt must be given for the goods upon receipt/collection. The receipt is made by yourself or other persons at the delivery address with a binding effect for you. Please note that you have the risk of the item after delivery.

Before you acknowledge receipt of the package, it is a good idea to check the package's packaging. If the package's packaging is damaged, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. You can now make a complaint to the shipping company/delivery point/parcel shop and/or contact our customer service, and they can help you.

If the contents of the package are damaged, please also contact our customer service. Customer service can be contacted by email hello@pompdelux.com. If you wish to complain about any errors and omissions, you must inform us of this. Read more under the Complaints section.

Shipment

When you shop at POMPdeLUX.dk, you can freely choose to have your goods delivered with either BRING, GLS,DHL or FeedEx. All goods are sent as parcel post, and you therefore can follow your package via track & trace from the time it is sent until it is delivered. See more info and your shipping options here.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. You simply need to notify us by logging into our return portal here or at the bottom of the website. Log in with your e-mail and your order number and tell us what you want to return. Send the item back. You must pay for the return yourself, but if you situated in a EU country you can print a pre-paid return label in the return portal. For non-EU citizens ( except for Norway) you have to provide the return postage yourself.

Please note that you must return the product within 14 days from the day you have notified that you have regretted your purchase.

It is important that the item is returned with hang tags and in the same unused condition as when you received it, for you to be refunded your entire purchase amount. If you wish to return your item, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you must register your return shipment in the return portal. You will find a link to this portal at the bottom of www.pompdelux.dk. The notice can also be given by writing to hello@pompdelux.com. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal - after which you have 14 days to return the item.

Returning – EU-country and Norway:

  1. Pack the item – The delivery bag, which you received your goods in may be used.
  2. Log in to our return portal here – use your email and orderno, and tell us what you want to return
  3. You can print a return label in the return portal – attach to the packet
  4. Hand in your return parcel over to the forwarder.

Please note that you must return the product withi 14 days from the day you have notified that you have regretted your purchase.

Returning an item – Non EU Country:

  1. Pack the item – The delivery bag, which you received your goods in may be used.
  2. Log in to our return portal here – use your email and orderno, and tell us what you want to return
  3. Hand in your return parcel at your national postal service – you will pay the postage.

It is important that the item is returned with hang tags and in the same unused condition as when you received it, for you to be refunded your entire purchase amount. If you wish to return your item, you have 14 days right of cancellation from the day you receive the item. If you wish to make use of your right of cancellation, this can be communicated to our customer service. The notification must be given by writing to hello@pompdelux.com. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation - after which you have 14 days to return the item.

You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and return it. You will find it with your order confirmation.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

Refund

We always return your money to the same payment method with which you paid for your goods. The money will be returned no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of cancellation.

We can withhold the amount until we have received the goods back or you have sent proof of dispatch of the goods - whichever occurs first.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods.

This means that the product can be tried on as if it were in a physical store. If the item has been tried on more in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. To receive the full purchase amount back, the product must only be tested, but not put into use.

Note: You are responsible for any damage that may occur during the return transport. You are not entitled to a refund of delivery costs if you partially cancel your purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt for delivery and any track & trace number.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

  1. COMPLAINTS AND INCORRECTLY DELIVERED GOODS

At POMPdeLUX, quality is the focus. If, contrary to expectations, you should experience errors or defects in a product, your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the defect rules, and you have a 24-month right of complaint on all products.

You must advertise within a "reasonable" time after you have discovered any shortage of the product. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible. A complaint that appears within two months after you have discovered the fault is always timely.

Although we at POMPdeLUX have made a great effort to indicate colors and qualities as accurately as possible, computer colors and screen resolutions may vary. Minor color deviations are therefore not considered to be a defect within the meaning of the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

The return shipment of a complaint is of course free of charge for you.

  1. Log in to our return portal here – use your email and orderno, and tell us which item is faulty
  2. Upload pictures in the portal of the faults
  3. Our customerservice will contact us for next step

You will then be contacted about the further process. Please note you may be asked to physically return the item for a final decision.

That way, we can offer a solution to the problem as quickly as possible based on your information.

We will refund the purchase price when we have received the item back, unless you receive a new item in exchange for the original item. In the event of rejected complaints, you will be contacted directly.

Please note that you are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track & trace number. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

Wrongly delivered goods

If you receive a wrong item, simply contact our customerservice on hello@pompdelux.com and they will help you out

In case of wrongly delivered goods, the return shipment is also free of charge.

Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact our customer service on +45 53888950 or hello@pompdelux.dk.

If we fail in finding a solution together, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.  

The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.

Choice of law and venue

Any agreement entered between us using these terms and conditions is governed by Danish law. Any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts.
